Hello, book friends! I can’t believe January is almost over–the first month of 2019 has really flown by! I settled in some more at my new graphic designer day job, put together some more shapeshifter stories, and I’ve even kept up with doing a little bit of yoga every day–even if it’s desk yoga : ) (Honestly, I never thought I’d be able to keep up with yoga every day, but I’m surprising myself!)

You guys seemed to like the yoga for writers post, so I thought I’d share a Part 2. This desk yoga is easy for beginners, and it’s a great way to gently stretch those neck and shoulder muscles that get stiff from too much sitting and typing. In other words: sweet relief!
