Yoga for Writers: Neck and Shoulder Relief

Hey, book friends! Did you spend November hunched over a keyboard working on your NaNoWriMo piece? Or was your hunching due to studying with fiction breaks? Either way, yoga for writers (and readers) to the rescue!

Our neck and shoulders can get really stiff and uncomfortable, and it feels so good to stretch them out! I’ve been replaying this video ALL WEEK, and I really feel so much better after I’ve followed along. (It helps that the video is short, Adriene is chill and funny, and there’s a relaxed pupper hanging out in the video, too šŸ™‚ )
